Add multiple Webmail Interfaces in Plesk

Sometimes you may arise a situation that client need to access multiple webmails Applications (such as Horde, SqurrileMail, Roundcube ...)  at a time in Plesk, through different links such as webmail.domainname.com for Horde and domainname.com/webmail for SqurrileMail. In such situation you can follow the below mentioned steps.

Please go through the example inorder to solve these type of issues.

At first login to Plesk and go to the Clients control panel

Click on Mail tab as specified in the screen shot.

 

Now you will be directed to the following page. Click on Change Settings option in the Mail tab.

Now you can see the Mail settings of that account. Here you can select on of the webmail by clicking the drop down box and the click on OK button.

Here I have selected the Horde webmail.

Also don't forget to add proper A record in the zone file as specified in the screen shot.

As per the example you can access the Horde webmail using the link webmail.photexlab.com

Now we need to add other webmail ie squirrel mail on that account.

For that, Click on the Application tab as specified in the below screenshot.

Following page will be displayed. Click on Featured Application menu.

Now a search box is appeared. Here search the the webmail that you need to install and click on search button. I have entered squirrelmail in the search box.

Now you will be redirected to the following page, click on Install button.

Tick the Checkbox and click on Next button as specified below.

In the Textbox you need to specify name that you are intended to call the webmail and click on install button. Here I have entered squirrelmail.

When the installation successful completes, you will get the message as "Information: SqurrileMail was successfully installed at http://domainname.<Path you specified> "

As per the example you can access the  SqurrileMail webmail using the link photexlab.com/squirrelmail
